Appearance. Golden (6-8 SRM) with a brilliant to clear clarity. Topped by a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to moderately-high intensity featuring prominent notes of citrus-orange, lime, and tropical passionfruit. Supporting this is a medium-low bready and biscuity malt character with low fruity esters and a clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with flavors of orange zest, lime peel, and passionfruit. Medium-low malt flavors of bread and light biscuit provide a sturdy base. Hop bitterness is assertive but not harsh (approximately 50 IBU), balancing the malt. The finish is medium-dry and clean with a lingering, pleasant citrus bitterness.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a crisp, refreshing sensation. Alcohol warmth is very low and well-integrated; no astringency is present.
