Rufa Blat is a vibrant Witbier inspired by the Empordà wetlands. It showcases a grist of Pilsner malt and local Florence Aurora wheat, providing a distinct bready, sourdough-like foundation. The appearance is pale yellow with a characteristic whitish haze and a dense, persistent head. On the nose, Perle hops lend delicate floral and herbal notes that mingle with zesty lemon and lime citrus. The palate is refreshingly crisp, balancing a gentle sweetness with a bright, clean acidity. High carbonation enhances its appealing character, finishing dry and refreshing with light cereal and yeast-driven complexity.
Appearance. Pale straw to light yellow (5 SRM); slight haze with whitish-yellow tones; dense, persistent, and moussy white head.
Aroma. Moderate intensity; bready Pilsner malt and grainy wheat aromatics featuring sourdough-like yeast character; floral and herbal Perle hops; bright citrus notes of lemon and lime; subtle spice.
Taste. Initial bready and grainy malt flavor; distinct lemon-lime citrus fruitiness; low bitterness (14 IBU) from Perle hops; subtle floral and herbal notes; crisp acidity; dry, clean finish with a lingering, refreshing sweetness.
