Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3-5 SRM). Distinctly hazy with a luminous, opaque shine. Topped with a medium, rocky, meringue-like white head that shows high retention and leaves thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pronounced nectarine, mango, and orange juice notes. Citra and Mosaic drive a tropical fruit profile with a citrus edge, while a light, bready, grainy malt character sits in the background. Clean fermentation with no harshness or alcohol burn.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with nectarine, orange, and tropical medley. Malt flavor is low, providing a neutral, bready foundation. Bitterness is low to medium-low and smooth, allowing for a juicy impression. The finish is off-dry and clean with a lingering, soft fruit character.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any astringency or raw starchiness.
