This Double IPA ignites the palate with an assertive display of modern hop character, delivering a rush of juicy tropical fruit and bright citrus notes. At 8.5% ABV, it balances a formidable hop intensity with a lean, neutral malt backbone that provides structure without competing for attention. The sensory experience is defined by its clean, crisp delivery, leading to a punchy bitterness that blazes a trail into a dry finish. Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (6–12 SRM) with good clarity. Supports a moderate-sized, persistent white to off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tropical fruit, melon, and citrus zest. A supportive, neutral, and grainy maltiness sits in the background, complemented by a clean fermentation profile and a light, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial impression is a surge of complex hop flavors including pineapple and tangerine, supported by a low, clean, bready malt character. Bitterness is moderately high but smooth, avoiding harshness. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy, bitter aftertaste.
