This refreshing Witbier evokes the floral heritage of its namesake with a delicate balance of citrus and spice. A base of unmalted wheat provides a soft, bready foundation with whispers of honey and vanilla. Bright, zesty orange peel and perfumy, lemony coriander dominate the profile, supported by a subtle herbal hop presence. Appearance. Very pale straw with a characteristic milky, whitish-yellow haze from starch and yeast. It is topped by a dense, white, moussy head with persistent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with bready, grainy wheat aromatics and light notes of honey. Prominent zesty, orangey fruitiness blends with perfumy-lemony coriander and a background of herbal spice.
