The bouquet balances doughy wheat and bready malt notes with lively citrus accents and delicate fruity yeast esters. Appearance. Deep gold to amber in color (SRM 4-7). Appearance is hazy with a noticeable shine. Features an abundant, thick, and long-lasting white head with excellent retention.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with a distinct bready and grainy wheat malt character. Prominent citrus and fruity notes arise from the addition of organic fruit and yeast esters, complemented by light spicy undertones. Hop aroma is negligible.
