The Castle presents a refined, modern interpretation of an American Pale Ale, characterized by a plush, soft texture derived from a substantial addition of oats and wheat. This grain bill provides a creamy, bread-like foundation for a vibrant showcase of Citra hops. Intensely aromatic, it radiates high-toned notes of grapefruit zest, juicy tangerine, and subtle lychee. On the palate, the hop-forward profile delivers clean citrus flavors and a moderate bitterness that remains smooth and integrated.
