This Double IPA showcases a saturated hop profile derived from a blend of American and New Zealand hops. The 8% ABV is carried by a luxuriously soft, pillowy texture from a multi-oat and wheat grist. Expect an explosion of tropical fruit, with sensory cues of passionfruit, citrus zest, and ripe stone fruit alongside resinous pine. While the hop intensity is high, the substantial grain bill provides a supportive, doughy malt backbone that maintains balance. It finishes with a lingering citrus oil presence and a smooth, integrated alcohol warmth, delivering a modern and intensely aromatic sensory experience.

Appearance. SRM 5-7. Opaque, pale gold to light orange-copper. Features a thick, long-lasting, frothy white head with significant lacing.

Aroma. Intensity is high, dominated by New World hops: pungent notes of passionfruit, white grape, and crushed lime over grapefruit peel and resin. Secondary aromas include a soft, bready, and doughy malt character from the oats and wheat. Low fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. High-intensity hop flavors of tropical mango, gooseberry, and dank pine. Initial impression is soft and fruity, followed by a clean, neutral malt presence. Bitterness is firm and assertive but lacks harshness, balanced by the creamy grain bill. The finish is medium-dry with a persistent, resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a creamy, velvety texture from the multi-oat and wheat additions. Carbonation is moderate. A light, pleasant alcohol warmth is present, with no hop-derived astringency.
