A contemporary interpretation of an English IPA, this ale balances a traditional structural backbone with an exuberant New World hop profile. The deliberate selection of Citra, Galaxy, and Mosaic hops shifts the sensory landscape toward intense tropical fruit, where vibrant mango and lush peach notes take center stage. These juicy aromatics are grounded by a solid foundation of bready pale malts, maintaining the style's hallmark drinkability and dry finish. While paying homage to its heritage through a firm, lingering bitterness, the beer offers a modern, crushable experience that emphasizes fruit-forward complexity and a smooth, hazy texture.

Appearance. Pours a deep golden to pale amber (approximately 8–10 SRM). In contrast to classic filtered examples, this version presents a pronounced hazy clarity from dry-hopping. It is crowned by a moderate, persistent off-white head with good lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring dominant tropical notes of mango and peach, with a secondary layer of citrus and berry. The malt character is moderate-low, providing a clean bready and biscuity support. Fermentation is clean with very low esters and no detectable sulfur.

Taste. Initial flavors of ripe tropical fruit and stone fruit are quickly followed by a firm, assertive hop bitterness typical of the style. The malt base is medium-low, tasting of fresh bread and light biscuit. The balance is decidedly toward the hops, finishing medium-dry and crisp. A clean, lingering hop bitterness remains on the palate without becoming harsh or astringent.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, somewhat creamy texture that belies its strength. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a lively and scrubbing sensation that enhances the dry finish. Alcohol warmth is very low and well-integrated at 5.7% ABV.
