Aromatically, the use of wild Kazbek hops sourced from the base of Mount Kazbek introduces a distinctive, spicy, and herbal character that defines the sensory experience. Despite its complex brewing process, it maintains a refreshing crispness and high carbonation, balancing a delicate malt sweetness with a refined, lingering spicy finish.
Appearance. Presents with a distinct golden-amber to light reddish hue (8–11 SRM) derived from the red malt, departing from the typical pale straw of the style. It is brilliant and clear, topped with a frothy, white head that shows moderate persistence.
