This potent Braggot presents a harmonious collision of Oregon terroir and craft brewing. The aromatic profile is dominated by the floral essence of Hopyard Honey and the deep, jammy sweetness of hand-picked Marionberries. Beneath the fruit, Maier Munich and C120 malts provide a sturdy foundation of toasted bread and dark toffee, while Rogue Farms Flaked Rye adds a subtle spicy complexity. Fermented with Pacman Yeast, the finish is impressively clean for its strength, though a significant alcohol warmth persists. Intensely fruity and rich, the Rebel Hops provide just enough bitterness to counter the residual sweetness of the wildflower honey.
Appearance. Deep mahogany with vibrant ruby and purple highlights. Pours with a dense, creamy, light-tan head that shows a faint pink tint and excellent retention. Clear to slightly hazy.
