On the occasion of the world’s most famous beer festival, we brewed a beer that pays tribute to the modern tradition of Oktoberfest, the Festbier beer style, which originated in the 1970s and is a derivate of a German-style pale lager, i.e. richly malty with a pleasant floral hopiness of German hops.
