This West Coast-style American IPA is a masterclass in clarity and hop intensity. A lean grain bill featuring Pale and Chit malt alongside Malted Wheat provides a clean, neutral canvas that allows a complex hop profile to dominate. Nelson Sauvin leads with unmistakable notes of white grape, while Ella and Aus Cascade contribute zesty citrus and tropical passion fruit. Eukanot injects a resinous, dank, and piney depth that grounds the brighter fruit layers. Finished with the bright orange notes of Mandarina Bavaria, the beer offers a firm, crisp bitterness and a bone-dry finish that stays true to its classic West Coast roots.
Appearance. Medium gold (SRM 7), brilliant clarity, with a persistent white head and fine lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hops featuring tropical passion fruit and crushed white grapes from Nelson Sauvin and Ella, supported by resinous, dank pine notes from Eukanot and bright citrus zest from Aus Cascade and Mandarina Bavaria; very low grainy-sweet malt and clean fermentation.
Taste. Initial punch of citrus and tropical fruit with firm bitterness; hop flavors of white wine, orange, and pine dominate a lean malt backbone; very dry, crisp finish with a lingering resinous and citrusy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth texture; medium-high carbonation; well-integrated alcohol warmth without harshness.
