This Dunkles Bock presents a masterclass in continental malt character, dominated by the rich, bready essence of Munich and Vienna malts. The sensory experience is defined by deep Maillard products, offering toasted crust and soft caramel notes without reaching for cloying sweetness. A clean lager fermentation ensures the focus remains on the complex malt profile, punctuated by a subtle hint of dark fruit. Appearance. Ranging from light copper to brown with attractive garnet highlights and brilliant clarity. It features a large, creamy, persistent off-white head with good lacing.

Aroma. Medium-high intensity of rich, bready-malty notes, often with moderate amounts of Maillard products or toasty overtones. Virtually no hop aroma is present, maintaining a clean lager character with an allowable slight dark fruit ester profile.
