Handcrafted by Robinsons Brewery, it features a unique blend of Goldings, Bobec, and Cascade hops that deliver a distinct citric profile with a subtle hint of lemon. The malt provides a sturdy backbone of biscuit and light toast, creating a depth of character that balances the moderately high bitterness. Aromas of floral earthiness and citrus zest precede a dry, refreshing finish, making it a quintessential example of a premium British ale that maintains high drinkability despite its robust flavor profile.

Appearance. Deep golden color (approximately 8–10 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a moderate, off-white head that exhibits good retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready and biscuity malt notes. The hop profile is prominent, offering a blend of earthy Goldings and floral Bobec, accented by a distinct citric and lemon-zest character from the Cascade hops. Low fruity esters are present.

Taste. Initial impression of clean malt sweetness with bready and lightly toasty flavors. This is quickly met by a firm hop bitterness. Hop flavors mirror the aroma with earthy, floral, and bright lemon citrus notes. The balance is decidedly bitter, leading to a clean, dry, and refreshing finish with a lingering hop character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with moderate carbonation typical of bottled premium ales. Very low alcohol warmth and a smooth, non-astringent texture.
