This nitro-charged version of the classic Strong Bitter offers a velvety, cream-forward experience that enhances its robust malt core. A base of sweet malt and distinct roasted grain notes provides a sturdy foundation for a multifaceted hop profile. The traditional earthy and floral character of Goldings and the delicate herbal spice of Bobek are brightened by a zesty, citrus lift from Cascade hops. Poured on mixed gas, the beer settles into a dense, persistent head, delivering a smooth interplay between toasted biscuit flavors and a firm bitterness that remains balanced and drinkable throughout the finish.

Appearance. Dark golden to light amber color (approximately 10-12 SRM). Features a thick, creamy, long-lasting off-white head with dense lacing, typical of a nitrogen pour. Brilliant clarity after the initial cascading effect settles.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring sweet, bready malt and a light toasted character. Hop aroma is a complex blend of earthy and floral Goldings, spicy Bobek, and a zesty citrus note from Cascade. Low fruity esters and no diacetyl.

Taste. Initial bready malt sweetness transitions into a noticeable roasted malt flavor. Medium-high bitterness is balanced by the malt. Hop flavors provide earthy, floral, and zesty citrus notes. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with a lingering bitterness and subtle mineral quality from the borehole water.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a pronounced creaminess and smooth texture due to the nitrogen dispense. Carbonation perception is very low and soft. No alcoholic warmth.
