This Double IPA is a high-octane sensory experience defined by an intense, multi-layered hop profile. The synergy between Citra, Idaho 7, and Galaxy delivers a concentrated burst of pink grapefruit, resinous pine, and ripe passion fruit. The addition of Citra Cryo and Nectaron Cryo amplifies these characters, contributing deep notes of stone fruit and pineapple that saturate the palate. Despite its 8% strength, the beer remains exceptionally drinkable with a lean malt backbone and a crisp, dry finish. It exemplifies a modern interpretation of the style, balancing aggressive bitterness with a clean, tropical-forward aromatic punch and a smooth, well-integrated alcohol presence.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (7-9 SRM). Brilliantly clear with a persistent, creamy off-white head that leaves substantial lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aromatics featuring dominant notes of tropical passion fruit, peach, and pineapple. Underlying hints of resinous pine, grapefruit zest, and a touch of black tea. Malt is low and neutral, providing a clean, grainy backdrop with a very low fruity fermentation profile.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of citrus oil, stone fruit, and tropical resin. Bitterness is moderately high to high, providing a firm structure without being harsh or astringent. Low, supportive malt character allows the hops to lead into a very dry, clean finish. The aftertaste is long and hoppy, showcasing lingering citrus and pine.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, almost velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a lively mouthfeel. A soft, restrained alcohol warmth is present, adding to the perceived strength without becoming hot.
