Guarding Me Safely is a modern American Pale Ale that highlights a vibrant, double dry-hopped profile. The interplay of Nectaron and HBC 1019 delivers an intense wave of tropical passionfruit, peach, and melon, while Amarillo Cryo adds concentrated notes of orange zest and floral undertones. A unique layer of grapefruit and subtle resin from Comet provides a classic edge. Despite the aggressive hopping, a soft base of neutral pale malt ensures a balanced, drinkable experience. This beer showcases the evolution of the style, blending the assertive bitterness of a traditional Pale Ale with the lush, aromatic intensity of contemporary New World hop varieties.

Appearance. Pale golden (SRM 6). Moderately large, frothy off-white head with good retention and light lacing. Displays a slight haze consistent with modern double dry-hopping techniques.
