Silt is a lush New England-style Double IPA that showcases an expressive synergy of Galaxy and Citra hops. This hazy, pale gold pour radiates an intense aromatic profile of ripe peach, bright citrus, and lush tropical fruit. The double dry-hopped treatment emphasizes these juicy cues over a clean, supporting malt base. On the palate, the experience is dominated by vibrant passion fruit and tangerine, balanced by a firm yet smooth bitterness that avoids harshness. A medium-full, creamy mouthfeel enhances the sensory depth, finishing with a lingering, fruity resin and a refined alcohol warmth characteristic of its strength.
