This Double IPA radiates a complex sensory profile defined by its potent dry-hop additions of Citra, Mosaic, and Vic Secret. The aroma is dominated by intense tropical notes of pineapple and passion fruit, intertwined with bright grapefruit zest and a subtle dank earthiness. On the palate, the hop-forward character delivers layers of mango and citrus oil supported by a lean, crackery malt base. Despite its 7.8% ABV, the beer remains remarkably drinkable, offering a smooth, well-integrated alcohol warmth and a firm, clean bitterness that culminates in a crisp, resinous finish with very little residual sugar.
