Ritual Drinkers is a contemporary Hazy IPA that bridges the gap between modern lushness and classic drinkability. Centered on a massive showcase of Citra hops in Incognito, T-90, and Cryo formats, the beer offers an olfactory explosion of pink grapefruit, juicy mango, and zesty tangerine. These tropical and citrus layers are grounded by a subtle, clean resinous undertone that hints at West Coast influence. The experience is defined by a soft, creamy texture that remains light on the palate, culminating in a rounded, elegant bitterness that ensures a crisp finish. It is a masterful balance of intense hop saturation and refreshing accessibility.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4–6 SRM). Hazy and opaque with a bright, luminous shine; no visible particulates. Features a dense, rocky, white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent notes of mango, papaya, and sweet citrus zest from the Citra hops. A secondary layer of clean pine and resin adds complexity. Malt is supportive and neutral, providing a light bready or grainy-sweet foundation without any caramel or toast character.
Taste. High fruity hop flavors echoing the aroma, with grapefruit and stone fruit leading the profile. Low malt flavor, manifesting as a clean, neutral graininess. Bitterness is moderate but extremely smooth and rounded, lacking any sharp or harsh edges. The finish is relatively dry for the style, leaving a clean, lingering impression of citrus oils and resin.
