This assertive Double West Coast IPA showcases a bold interplay between classic and modern hop profiles. The prominent influence of Chinook drives deep notes of pine resin and resinous spice, while Nelson Sauvin introduces sophisticated layers of white grape and crushed gooseberry. The addition of Krush rounds out the sensory profile with bright citrus peel and stone fruit nuances. Despite its strength, the beer remains exceptionally drinkable with a clean, dry malt backbone and a sharp, lingering bitterness. Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a dense, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring assertive notes of pine needles and resinous spice. Distinct white wine and grape character is present alongside bright citrus zest and a subtle dank, tropical undertone. Low, clean grainy-sweet malt provides a neutral base with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is a punch of citrus peel, pine, and white grape hop flavors. A firm, medium-high bitterness arrives quickly, supported by a lean, neutral malt profile. The flavor profile is dominated by hop-derived fruit and resin with no significant yeast esters. It concludes with a very dry, sharp, and lingering bitter finish.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp bite. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any harshness or astringency.
