This Brut IPA is defined by its extreme dryness and champagne-like effervescence, a result of glucoamylase treatment. The aromatic profile is driven by Centennial and Enigma hops, delivering a vibrant bouquet of bright citrus, floral blossoms, and distinct notes of white grape and red berries. A lean grist of Pils, Wheat, and Vienna malts provides a crisp, pale foundation that allows the hops to remain the focal point without malt interference. Brilliantly clear and highly carbonated, the beer offers a hop-forward experience with a bone-dry finish and a clean, refreshing bitterness that highlights its modern hop character.
Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (2–4 SRM). Brilliantly clear. Large, white, frothy head with excellent persistence and fine lacing. High effervescence with constant rising bubbles.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma, showcasing Centennial’s lemon and floral notes alongside Enigma’s complex white grape, melon, and raspberry character. Very low malt aroma, appearing only as a faint cracker or grainy-sweet note from the Pils and Vienna malts. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters.
Taste. Initial impression is exceptionally dry and crisp. Hop flavors of zesty grapefruit, resinous pine, and tropical berry dominate. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as firm due to the lack of residual sugar. The malt backbone is minimal, offering a light graininess from the Wheat and Pils. The finish is bone-dry and short, leaving a clean, citrusy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Light to very light body; extremely lean and nimble. Very high carbonation creates a fizzy, prickly sensation reminiscent of sparkling wine. Low alcohol warmth. No astringency; exceptionally clean and crisp.
