A traditional Belgian tripel, brewed with three grains. This top-fermented blonde beer undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and is unfiltered. It has a spicy hop aroma that is not overdone, with a rather malty scent. The beer is full-bodied,
a spicy taste and a strong presence of rye. The taste is hopped and bitter, with a subtle sweetness of alcohol in the background. The name of the beer refers to the two sons of BramBrass brewer Bram Neudt: EmmerRIK and RAFael.
This beer is brewed by Bram at Huisbrouwerij Sint Canarus. Less
