This modern take on an Ordinary Bitter showcases the farm-grown sensibilities of Rigg & Furrow, leaning into a highly sessionable 3.8% ABV. The sensory profile is defined by a vibrant hop duo of Citra and Motueka, which elevates the traditional British base with bright layers of lime zest, crushed mojito mint, and soft grapefruit. A delicate foundation of bready and lightly toasty malts provides just enough support to keep the profile balanced without obscuring the hops. It remains exceptionally drinkable, finishing bone-dry with a clean, lingering bitterness that invites immediate refreshment, perfectly bridging the gap between classic structure and New World aromatics.

Appearance. Pale amber to light copper with brilliant clarity. It pours with a low, creamy off-white head that shows moderate retention and leaves light lacing.
