This definitive American IPA offers a punchy sensory experience, defined by its high-intensity hop additions of Centennial, Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe. The aroma is a tropical explosion, lead by vivid notes of mango, passion fruit, and ripe peach. On the palate, the beer is remarkably lean and dry, allowing the complex hop layers to transition from juicy stone fruit to a crisp, resinous finish. A subtle, clean malt backbone provides just enough structure to support the firm bitterness without detracting from the citrus-forward profile. It concludes with a snappy, lingering aftertaste of grapefruit zest and pine needles.

Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (7–9 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a tall, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of mango, passion fruit, and peach, complemented by citrus grapefruit and a resinous pine undertone. Malt is low and clean, suggesting light crackers or grain.

Taste. Hop-forward and decidedly bitter. Initial flavors of peach and tropical fruit are quickly followed by citrus peel and a sharp, resinous pine. The malt flavor is low, providing a neutral bready support. Finishes very dry and crisp with a long-lasting, clean bitterness and hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, enhancing the dry finish. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present at 7.2%.
