The aroma is dominated by the zesty brightness of Lime Puree and the unique, earthy-sweet fragrance of Agave Syrup, underpinned by a subtle floral and spicy touch from Cluster hops. On the palate, a sharp lactic acidity provides a refreshing counterpoint to a medium-full, doughy malt body that carries more weight than traditional examples. Appearance. Straw to light yellow color with a moderate to full haze. Produces a moderate white head with tight bubbles and fair retention. Visibly effervescent.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Prominent fresh lime zest and earthy, nectar-like agave notes. Low bready malt character with a subtle spicy and floral hop note from the Cluster variety. Clean lactic sourness and a faint mineral saltiness.
