Coven emerges as a powerful Double IPA, defined by an overwhelming hop saturation of Citra and Nelson Sauvin. The sensory experience is led by a massive tropical bouquet of mango and lychee from the Citra Cryo, harmonizing with the distinct white wine, crushed grape, and gooseberry notes characteristic of Nelson. This hazy conjuration balances a soft, pillowy mouthfeel with a dense, resinous hop oil coating. Despite the high hop potency, the bitterness remains smooth and integrated, finishing with a clean, warming alcohol presence that underscores its strength without overshadowing the vibrant, juice-forward hop profile.

Appearance. Luminous yellow to light orange-gold (6-8 SRM). Characteristically hazy to opaque. Topped with a dense, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Intense and layered hop aroma. High notes of grapefruit, lime, and passionfruit from Citra are matched by the pungent, vinous character of Nelson Sauvin, reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc grapes and diesel.
