Reuben's Brews Interbay IPA is a vibrant American IPA that strikes a balance between refreshing drinkability and a focused hop punch. A foundation of clean, crackery malt supports a complex aromatic display of bright grapefruit and tropical lime driven by Citra and Cascade. Michigan Chinook contributes a distinct layer of resinous pine and subtle pineapple, while Cashmere adds a smooth, melon-like nuance to the bouquet. Crisp and well-attenuated, it delivers a firm but integrated bitterness that cleanses the palate, making it a quintessentially bright and approachable ale designed for high drinkability.

Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity featuring prominent citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, alongside tropical hints of melon and pineapple. A secondary layer of resinous pine and light floral spice is present. The malt character is low, offering a clean, grainy-sweet backdrop with a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with flavors of citrus peel, melon, and pine needles. Malt provides a supportive, low-intensity bready and toasted flavor. Bitterness is medium-high and firm, leading into a dry, crisp finish. The aftertaste is clean with a lingering resinous and citrusy hop character.
