This Altbier presents a refined balance between rustic malt depth and firm bitterness. The sensory journey begins with rich aromas of toasted bread crust and biscuit malts, layered with a distinctively herbaceous and slightly spicy hop profile. Evoking the damp, earthy freshness of a forest after rainfall, the palate follows with a clean, highly-attenuated dryness.
