This vibrant Hazy IPA showcases an intensive double dry-hop treatment using a trio of Rakau, Azacca, and Citra hops. The pour is characteristically opaque with a luminous straw-gold glow and a persistent, rocky head. The nose is a tropical explosion, led by the stone fruit signature of Rakau and the sharp, pithy citrus of Citra. On the palate, a soft, pillowy body delivers waves of mango and apricot from the Azacca, supported by a subtle, bready malt base. It finishes with a gentle, restrained bitterness and a lingering juicy impression, perfectly capturing the smooth, fruit-forward modern profile.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4–6 SRM); opaque, uniform haze with a radiant shine; thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent lacing and persistence.
Aroma. High intensity; dominated by tropical fruit (mango, papaya) and stone fruit (apricot, peach) from Rakau and Azacca, backed by bright lime and grapefruit notes from Citra. Low bready, grainy malt in the background; clean fermentation with supportive fruity esters and no detectable diacetyl.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with heavy tropical and citrus notes; initial impression is juicy and lush. Malt flavor is low, providing a neutral, lightly bready foundation. Bitterness is moderate but soft and well-integrated, never sharp or harsh. Finish is off-dry and clean with a lingering fruity aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, rounded, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth mouthfeel with no hop burn or astringency; negligible alcohol warmth at 6% ABV.
