Reketye Brewing Co. Wheat Beer

A wheat beer is meant to be a summer drink, a light refreshing taste of nature. Like being at the beach, enjoying the sun. This brings back memories for us, we spent practicly all of our childhood summers on the oldest lido of Budapest, the Csillaghegyi. Lidos are public outside swimming pools and surrounding facilities which are very popular in Hungary, a land locked country with only one large lake, Balaton. Budapest and Hungary is also well known for thermal baths, but lidos can be anywhere and they are a great place for young and old to spend time in the summer. This beer reminds us of those childhood summers and we hope you will feel similar.

A bajor búzasör (Hefeweizen) nevéhez hűen búzamalátából készül, jellemzője a ködös megjelenés, általában vastag, hosszan tartó habbal, illatában és ízében is erős szegfűszeges és banános jelleggel, amit a felhasznált élesztőnek köszönhet. A komlókeserű teljesen a háttérbe szorul, alkoholfoka 4,9 - 5,6% között alakul.
