This vibrant Wild Specialty Beer showcases a deep, saturated berry profile driven by a generous addition of raspberries and tayberries. The aroma is dominated by a lush bouquet of fresh red fruit and a sharp, clean lactic acidity. On the palate, the tayberries provide a unique, tangy complexity that bridges the gap between floral raspberry sweetness and zesty tartness. Despite its refreshing kettle-sour roots, the beer maintains a sophisticated balance, finishing crisp and dry with a lingering berry essence. Effervescent carbonation elevates the jammy fruit character, making this a bright and revitalizing sensory experience.

Appearance. Deep pink to ruby-red color with a slight haze from the fruit. Pours with a moderate, soft pink head that shows fair retention before settling into a thin ring of lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of fresh-picked raspberries and juicy tayberries. A clean, sharp lactic acidity provides a bright backdrop, while subtle floral notes and a hint of grainy malt softness round out the profile without any hop character or wild funk.
