Perceptionless is a vivid Hazy IPA that exemplifies the juicy New England character through an intentional focus on protein-rich grains to bind its massive hop oils. At 6.6% ABV, it presents a lush, tropical bouquet dominated by ripe mango, passionfruit, and bright citrus. The high level of protein creates a naturally opaque appearance and a velvety mouthfeel that carries the intense hop saturation across the palate. Despite the massive fruity hop expression, the bitterness remains soft and supportive, allowing the bready malt base to provide a balanced, off-dry finish. It is a highly aromatic, modern interpretation designed for maximum sensory impact.

Appearance. Deep straw to light amber with a very hazy, almost opaque shine. It supports a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity featuring saturated tropical fruit, stone fruit, and bright citrus notes. Background malt is clean and lightly bready with no caramel; fermentation esters are fruity and well-integrated.

Taste. Explosive fruity hop flavors of tropical fruit and citrus dominate the initial impression. Malt provides a supportive, grainy, and bready backbone. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft, finishing off-dry with a lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, juicy texture and no harshness or astringency. Carbonation is moderate. A light, pleasant alcohol warmth is present without being hot.
