This zesty American Pale Ale is a vibrant showcase of Citra hops, delivering a punchy sensory experience that belies its sessionable strength. The aroma is dominated by the hop’s signature tropical fruit profile, led by mango and lychee, paired with bright grapefruit zest. On the palate, a clean, neutral malt backbone allows the Citra hops to shine, offering layers of lime, passion fruit, and a refreshing pithy bitterness. Despite being gluten-free, it maintains the classic structure of the style with a crisp, dry finish. It is a focused, hop-forward pale ale designed for maximum drinkability and intense aromatic impact.
Appearance. Pours a brilliant pale gold (5 SRM) with a moderately large, frothy white head that exhibits good retention and leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
