This Double IPA takes the brewery’s sessionable roots and amplifies them into a bold, high-gravity experience. The profile opens with an intense, heady bouquet of sweet, sticky mango, underscoring its New World hop influence. On the palate, the increased strength provides a sturdy yet unobtrusive platform for a weighty hit of sharp citrus and resinous pine. Despite the significant 8.4% ABV, the beer maintains a clean, dry finish characteristic of the style, balancing a firm bitterness against a subtle, grainy malt backbone for an indulgent, hop-forward profile that remains surprisingly drinkable.

Appearance. Pours a deep gold to light orange-copper color (8–12 SRM) with a slight, modern haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent white to off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma with primary notes of sweet, sticky mango and tropical fruit. Supported by a secondary layer of bright citrus zest and resinous pine. Malt is low and neutral, providing a clean, grainy backdrop with a faint, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. High intensity hop flavors dominated by ripe mango and tropical stone fruit, transitioning into a weighty hit of grapefruit citrus and woodsy pine. Bitterness is firm and moderately high but lacks harshness. Malt flavor is low and clean, allowing for a medium-dry finish that lingers with resinous hop character and a clean bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture. Carbonation is moderate to high. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, without any harsh hop-derived astringency.
