RedWillow’s Bullion X Ernest reimagines the Ordinary Bitter as a vibrant, hop-forward session experience. Utilizing a specific blend of Bullion and Ernest hops, this extra pale ale delivers an intense aromatic profile dominated by zesty citrus and ripe berry notes. The Bullion hops contribute a signature blackcurrant and delicate spicy undertone, while the Ernest hops provide layers of apricot and citrus brightness. A light bready malt backbone supports the hop-driven character without detracting from its crisp, dry finish. This beer showcases high drinkability, marrying traditional British structure with a modern, fruit-focused hop expression that remains refreshing and light on the palate.
Appearance. Gold to pale amber (8-10 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a low, creamy off-white head with moderate retention and light lacing.
