The use of Bullion Spectrum and Brambling Cross creates an assertive aromatic core of blackcurrant, spicy blackberry, and hedgerow fruit. These jammy notes are structured by the herbal, slightly resinous backbone of Target hops. A medium-bodied malt base provides essential support, weaving in toasted bread and light caramel sweetness that balances the firm bitterness. Appearance. Deep amber to coppery-red (SRM 14-18). Brilliant clarity with a persistent, off-white to light tan head that leaves moderate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity hop aroma featuring distinct blackcurrant, dark berry, and earthy spice. Malt character is moderate, presenting as toasted crust, light toffee, and a hint of dried fruit. Clean fermentation profile with very low esters.
