Prominent aromas of toasted grain and light chocolate are complemented by medium-high yeast esters of banana and spicy clove. Low floral hop notes from Tettnanger and Hallertau are present alongside a gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
Taste. Initial impression is richly malty and sweet, featuring deep bready and grainy wheat flavors with toasted accents and subtle chocolate. Low bitterness allows the malt to lead, though the finish is moderately dry. Esters of banana and dark plum mix with clove phenols and a light vanilla note. The alcohol provides a clean, spicy complexity that lingers into the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full body with a soft, fluffy, and notably creamy texture. High carbonation provides a lively tingle on the tongue, while a smooth, moderate alcohol warmth is present without being solventy.
