Red Cat MAIN is an approachable Dunkles Weissbier that emphasizes drinkability through a refined malt presence. The grist, featuring Wheat and Caramel malts, creates a soft, bready foundation with delicate toasty undertones and minor caramel sweetness. Fermentation delivers a moderately fruity profile with classic banana and clove notes that remain well-integrated. Magnum hops provide a clean, restrained bitterness that balances the doughy wheat character without adding significant hop flavor. This semi-dark ale offers a harmonious blend of malt richness and yeast-driven fruitiness, finishing with a crisp yet creamy texture that highlights its traditional German inspiration.

Appearance. Light copper to deep mahogany brown (SRM 14–23). Features a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting off-white head. The liquid is hazy with a healthy yeast and wheat-driven shine.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a balance of banana esters and clove phenols. A distinct bready and doughy wheat aroma is present, complemented by light caramel and bread crust malt notes. Hop aroma is very low, showing only a faint spicy hint from the Magnum hops.

Taste. Initial soft, malty impression with medium-low bready and grainy wheat flavors. Richer notes of caramel and toast support the yeast character, which provides moderate banana and clove flavors. Very low bitterness with a clean, well-rounded palate and a relatively dry finish with no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium to medium-full body with a fluffy, creamy fullness. High carbonation provides a lively, effervescent sensation. Negligible alcohol warmth and zero astringency.
