ReCraft Citrus IPA is a vibrant, aromatically intense American IPA enriched with lemon puree and candied lemon peel. The sensory profile is dominated by a bright lemon-zest character that melds seamlessly with citrus-forward American hops. A smooth, medium-bodied malt backbone provides a canvas for the sharp, refreshing acidity of the fruit, while a firm, resinous bitterness ensures it remains firmly rooted in the IPA tradition. Appearance. Golden to deep yellow (SRM 5-7) with a slight, hazy luminescence from the fruit puree. Pours with a persistent, frothy white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh lemon zest and candied citrus peel, layered over a backdrop of grapefruit and resinous hop notes. Subtle bready malt sweetness provides a foundation, while fermentation esters remain clean and neutral.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of bright, acidic lemon and sweet candied peel. The mid-palate reveals a solid American IPA hop character, providing flavors of lime and pine.
