A modern 'Czech West Coast' interpretation of a German Pils, this collaboration features a vibrant hop profile driven by innovative Czech varieties Ceres and Pluto. The beer presents a brilliant gold color and an intense aromatic display of citrus zest, tropical undertones, and resinous pine. On the palate, a lean, doughy Pilsner malt foundation provides a crisp stage for high-intensity bitterness. It is highly attenuated and clean, delivering a refreshing, bone-dry finish with a snappy, lingering hop character. This beer successfully bridges the gap between old-world lager precision and new-wave aromatic hop intensity.

Appearance. Brilliant deep gold (3–4 SRM) with exceptional clarity; topped by a thick, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with distinct notes of citrus, light tropical fruit, and pine needles from the Ceres and Pluto hops. Underlying low grainy, doughy, and cracker-like malt; clean lager fermentation profile without esters.

Taste. Initial crispness is followed by a firm, assertive hop bitterness. Flavors of grapefruit, resin, and spice dominate, supported by a neutral, grainy-sweet malt backbone. Extremely dry and clean finish with a lingering, bitter aftertaste that invites another sip.
