The sensory profile is intentionally restrained, featuring subtle notes of sweet grain and a hint of corn-like sweetness on the nose. Appearance. Very pale straw to pale yellow color (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Thin white, frothy head with low persistence and minimal lacing.
