This Wild Specialty Beer delivers a bold sensory experience centered on the deep, fleshy character of ripe plums. A vibrant, fruit-forward profile dominates the senses, balancing the sharp, clean acidity typical of a well-crafted American Wild Ale. The double dose of plum contributes complex layers of tart skin and sweet stone fruit, supported by a subtle, underlying malt presence. While refreshing, the 7% ABV provides a substantial structure that suits its winter sour designation. Expect a bright, acidic snap that highlights the fruit without overwhelming the palate, finishing dry with a lingering essence of dark orchard fruit.

Appearance. Pours a deep reddish-purple or magenta hue with a soft, pink-tinted head that shows moderate retention. The clarity is characterized by a persistent fruit haze, typical of a heavy adjunct addition.
