This vibrant International Pale Lager, inspired by the refreshing spirit of a classic Mexican-style cerveca, presents a sensory profile optimized for maximum crushability. A brilliant straw-colored pour gives way to an inviting bouquet dominated by fresh, zesty lime and a clean, light grainy-malt sweetness. On the palate, it is remarkably crisp and well-attenuated, featuring neutral crackery malt notes that serve as a canvas for the bright, citrusy lime infusion. The finish is bone-dry and exceptionally cleansing, with a subtle herbal hop touch and high carbonation that together create the ultimate palate-cleansing summer smasher for hot weather refreshment.
