This Double IPA delivers a saturated sensory experience driven by a massive double dry-hop addition of Citra, Cashmere, and Mosaic. It opens with an explosive bouquet of tropical mango, ripe melon, and zesty grapefruit. The palate follows with a luscious, juice-forward profile where the specific oil-rich character of Citra and Mosaic provides layers of blueberry and stone fruit, while Cashmere adds a soft, herbal lemon complexity. Despite its 8% ABV strength, the finish is remarkably smooth, balancing a firm but integrated bitterness against a soft, creamy malt backdrop characteristic of the modern hazy style.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (SRM 5-7). Opaque haze with a dense, persistent, creamy off-white head that leaves thick rings of lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring dominant notes of passion fruit, mango, and tangerine. Subtle berry and melon esters weave through the citrus. Low, neutral grainy malt sweetness in the background with no detectable solventy alcohol.

Taste. High-intensity hop flavors of grapefruit, pineapple, and soft melon. Bitterness is firm and assertive but lacks harshness, typical of a New England-style approach to the style. The malt provides a soft, wheaty support. Finish is medium-dry with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture. Moderate carbonation. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but never burning or astringent.
