Gravity presents a vibrant sensory journey, defined by an intense aromatic profile from heavy dry-hopping with Citra and El Dorado. This Double IPA leads with a punch of tropical mango, ripe peach, and sweet melon, underpinned by a lean, neutral malt base that ensures the hops remain the focal point. The palate is characterized by a firm, assertive bitterness that cuts through the moderate body, finishing crisp and impressively dry. Subtle citrus zest and stone fruit notes linger against a smooth, warming 8% ABV, embodying a modern approach to the style that balances high-impact hop saturation with remarkable drinkability.

Appearance. Ranging from gold to a light orange-copper with a persistent, dense white head leaving trailing lace. Clarity is generally high, though a soft, modern haze is acceptable.

Aroma. Intense hop intensity featuring prominent citrus and tropical notes of lime and mango from Citra, complemented by El Dorado’s distinct pear, watermelon, and stone fruit character. Malt is low and neutral, providing a clean, grainy backdrop without interfering with the hop-forward profile.

Taste. Flavors lead with a saturated hop expression of tropical fruit and orange zest. A firm bitterness is immediate but remains clean rather than harsh. The malt flavor is low and soft, showing light crackers or bread. The finish is dry to medium-dry, with a long, resinous, and fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively prickle. A light, integrated alcohol warmth is present but remains supportive rather than solventy.
