This Hazy IPA presents an intense, tropical sensory landscape driven by the potent combination of Mosaic and Nectaron hops, including a concentrated dose of Cryo Nectaron. The aromatic profile is saturated with ripe stone fruit, crushed pineapple, and bright citrus zest, underpinned by a soft, bready malt base. On the palate, the experience is lush and juice-forward, delivering layers of peach and passionfruit with a subtle hint of blueberry. A restrained bitterness allows the hop oils to take center stage, finishing with an off-dry, smooth character. The integration of high-quality hop products ensures a vibrant, clean, and highly drinkable expression of the style.
Appearance. Color is straw to light orange (4 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a characteristic shine. Features a rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring massive stone fruit, pineapple, and passionfruit from the Nectaron, complemented by Mosaic's citrus and light blueberry notes. Malt is low and neutral, presenting as lightly bready or grainy. No caramel or toast character; clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical and stone fruit juice. High hop flavors of nectarine, apricot, and mango. Low to medium-low bitterness that is soft and never harsh. Malt flavor is low and bready, providing a supportive but neutral foundation. The finish is off-dry and clean with a lingering fruity aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light alcohol warmth. Free from any astringency or harsh hop bite.

Down The System is a NEIPA coming at 6% ABV. Tasting Notes: Down the System is a NEIPA (New England Indian Pale Ale) style craft beer, pale and opaque. Made with a double dry hopping of Cryo Nectaron, Nectaron, and Mosaic hops. Thanks to the combination of these aromatic hops, we'll find citrus notes on the nose, sweet fruits like pineapple, and to a lesser extent, red berry notes. On the palate, we'll find it easy to drink, slightly bitter (20 IBUs), and very silky. We'll have a good fruity punch, especially flavors of pineapple, red berries, and citrus notes.
