Boundaries is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures a modern, hop-forward profile with a lush, pillowy texture. The inclusion of Cryo Loral provides a heightened floral and herbal elegance, while Mosaic delivers complex layers of ripe mango and dark berry notes. Amarillo rounds out the experience with a bright splash of orange zest. The beer presents a deep golden glow with characteristic opacity and a soft, supple mouthfeel. The balance leans heavily toward fruit expression, showcasing a juice-like quality where bitterness is remarkably restrained, allowing the nuanced interplay of these specific hops to lead from the first sniff to the smooth, clean finish.
Appearance. Deep straw to golden-orange with a pronounced, opaque haze and a lustrous shine. Features a thick, creamy, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by mango, passion fruit, and blueberry. Underlying notes of floral lavender and herbal spice merge with bright orange peel and grapefruit.
