Rebrew Pils is a refreshing German Pils that balances traditional European elegance with a subtle modern hop influence. It pours a brilliant straw-gold with a persistent, creamy white head. The aroma is led by the classic spicy and herbal character of Saaz hops, accented by a delicate citrus lift from Cascade, all resting upon a clean, grainy-sweet malt foundation reminiscent of toasted crackers. The palate is exceptionally crisp and dry, where a firm but refined bitterness cuts through the doughy malt notes. This medium-light bodied lager finishes clean and snappy, offering high drinkability and a lingering floral hop aftertaste.

Appearance. Straw to pale yellow (approx. 3 SRM); brilliant clarity; thick, creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity; prominent spicy and herbal hop character from Saaz with a light floral and citrus touch from Cascade. Low to medium grainy, doughy, and toasted cracker malt notes. Clean fermentation profile with no detectable esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and clean. Low grainy-sweet malt flavor is quickly eclipsed by a firm, floral, and spicy hop bitterness. Hop flavors of dried herbs and light grapefruit zest persist. Highly attenuated with a bone-dry finish and a lingering, refreshing bitterness that does not become harsh.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a snappy, crisp texture. High carbonation provides a refreshing prickle. No alcohol warmth; smooth with a faint minerally sharpness in the finish.
